Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations as needed, including cash devices while adhering to procedures.
