You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, help with account openings, and promote the use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet financial needs. You will build trusted client relationships through attentive listening, product knowledge, and collaboration with the team to drive branch success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking, including Chase Mobile App, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and collaboration with the team to reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks, including cash devices, in line with bank procedures.
