• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations handling cash devices and ensuring adherence to bank policies.
