Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to promote our brand with hospitality and expert banking solutions. You will create a welcoming environment, assist with account openings, and guide clients through Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver attentive service, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure a seamless client experience while complying with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and adhering to bank policies.
