Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering solutions and building trusted client relationships through the latest banking technology. You will assist with account servicing and new account openings while ensuring compliance and strong service quality.

Educating clients on daily transactions and self-service tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs will be core.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and empathetic service.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
