Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ludlow, MA to help customers make sound financial decisions and handle routine banking needs.

You will provide tailored financial solutions, promote digital banking tools, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams while meeting branch hours, including weekends. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborative skills with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Branch hours may include weekends and evenings.
• Complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and a video interview after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers set financial goals and tailor solutions.
• Promote digital and mobile banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
