Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year sales and client service experience in professional environment; banking experience preferred.
• Proven ability to form and expand client relationships.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple banking systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients and prospects through meetings in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Educate clients on digital channels and self-service options including mobile, online, and ATM access.
• Refer clients to partners for specialized needs and drive sales opportunities to meet goals.
• Process routine and complex transactions for Financial Center clients, including deposits and loan payments.
• Maintain lobby flow, greet clients, and support branch operations.
