Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales and client service experience in a professional environment; prior banking experience highly preferred or equivalent.
• NMLS registration is required under the SAFE Act.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing clients and prospects through meetings and calls to build relationships.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service channels.
• Refer clients to specialists for complex financial needs.
• Process routine and complex financial transactions for Financial Center clients.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet assigned goals.
