Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages existing clients and prospects by meeting with them, both in person and over the phone, to build and maintain relationships.
• Educates clients on digital and self-service options, including mobile and online banking.
• Refers clients to partners for specialists who can assist with complex needs.
• Processes routine and complex transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Drives proactive sales conversations to build a strong pipeline of appointments.
