Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting bank products, opening accounts, processing transactions, educating clients about digital banking, and collaborating with partners to refer services across lines. This role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to organize work.
• Strong sales skills.
• Basic math skills including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
• Proficient in basic office skills/equipment, including computer, email, ten-key calculator, copier, scanner/fax, typing, telephone, organization systems, and Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, easy, and personal client service and resolves problems.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects using direct sales techniques.
• Achieves specific sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Develops and maintains relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities.
• Opens checking and savings accounts and processes client transactions.
• Educates clients about digital banking platforms.
• Works closely with clients and partners to refer products across lines.
• Protects client information and follows company policies.
