Job summary

Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking a Personal Banker who develops relationships and guides clients toward suitable banking solutions. You will promote products, open and service accounts, and deliver fast, personalized service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role involves outbound outreach, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver full-service financial solutions and proactive customer care. Prior banking and NMLS licensing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years banking or related sales experience required.
• Prior NMLS licensing required and ability to obtain a state notary license.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through outbound calls and group presentations.
• Provide fast, personalized service and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored deposit, digital banking, credit card, and lending solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process transactions, and ensure documentation in compliance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with BSA, OFAC, audit, and security requirements.
• Complete required training and stay updated on products and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
