You will build professional relationships, open accounts, process transactions, and promote a broad range of banking products to individuals and small businesses. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent client experience, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize work is essential.
• Sales skills to promote banking products to clients are required.
• Basic math skills to calculate figures and percentages are necessary.
• Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, easy, and personal service consistent with Company standards, resolving problems and building client relationships.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects using direct sales techniques.
• Achieves defined sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Develops relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and cross-sell the client’s banking needs.
• Opens accounts, processes transactions, and recommends additional products including cards and loans.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
