Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver an excellent client experience, open accounts, and promote banking services. You will build relationships, guide clients through digital tools, and work to meet sales goals in a fast-paced banking center.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accurate cash handling, and teamwork with partners across the bank to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS license and state notary if required.
• Previous banking or client service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open checking and savings accounts and process client transactions.
• Promote banking products to clients and prospects using direct sales approaches.
• build professional relationships to understand client financial needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking platforms and assist with transactions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and protect client information.
