Chase invites an Associate Banker to deliver warm, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in our branch. You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and guide clients in using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet their financial goals.

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will work collaboratively to ensure a seamless client experience and compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices per policies.
