You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and assist with day-to-day banking tasks, including account servicing, new accounts, and leveraging digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly service to clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations per bank policies, including cash handling and vault/ATM tasks.
