Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming service, build trusted relationships, and help clients achieve their financial goals using the latest banking solutions. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate them on digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while partnering with branch teammates to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations - delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
Ability to build trusted relationships - demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
Ability to engage clients - communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including Chase Mobile App and Chase.com usage.
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening and collaborating with branch team members to help achieve financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
