Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and executing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and by identifying needs or opportunities for referral to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and attend training to grow product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
