Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices following procedures.
