Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
