Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow. Schedule or adjust meetings as needed.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
