Job summary

Columbia Bank in Forest Grove, Oregon is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients. Under supervision of Branch Manager, you will perform teller transactions, cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and balance the cash drawer, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will engage with customers to understand financial needs and present appropriate products, support compliance with bank policies, and contribute to a welcoming, compliant branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drops and ATM tasks.
• Mitigate risk and ensure safekeeping of cash.
• Engage clients to identify financial needs and refer products to the business partner.
• Maintain knowledge of products and comply with regulations.
