Job summary

Columbia Bank in Central Point, OR is seeking a friendly Teller to process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and check cashing on-site at 1780 East Pine Street. You will balance the cash drawer daily and maintain confidentiality while delivering Breakthrough Client Service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Demonstrates accuracy with written numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Handle cash securely and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions per Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer suitable bank products/services.
• Refer basic bank products to appropriate business partners.
