Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and support daily branch tasks securely.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer products/services.
• Maintain knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services.
