Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, assist with new accounts, and guide customers to using digital banking tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships, work with branch colleagues, and help clients achieve their financial goals while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with team support.
• Handle branch operations duties including cash devices in line with bank policies.
