Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and leverage digital banking tools to meet client needs. You will greet clients, help with account openings, and guide them through Chase Mobile App and Chase.com usage.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with branch teams, and ensure compliance with banking policies while supporting branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
