Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Assist in outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service levels.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies and ensure compliance.
