Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and accuratly perform teller functions in-person.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
