Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Manage teller functions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Refer clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
• Support Saturdays as scheduled.
