Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients to the Bank and assisting with account transactions.
• Assume responsibility for efficient, accurate teller functions in a branch setting.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer and follow policy to ensure accuracy and security.
