The role involves tailoring solutions, conducting requirements assessments, and facilitating comprehensive training on the software’s features.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve obstacles, maintain thorough CRM records, and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
• Relevant experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of software applications.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with CRM software and managing client data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software implementation cycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to customize software solutions accordingly.
• Facilitate comprehensive training for clients on the software's features and best practices.
• Work with various departments to address and resolve implementation hurdles promptly.
• Maintain precise documentation of each implementation process and client interactions within our CRM system.
• Collect and analyze client feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in services and solutions.
• Stay informed on the latest software updates and trends to provide effective support to clients.
