Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or service role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, go-to point of contact for clients from first hello to full resolution.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent follow-through and white-glove service.
• Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written communication.
• Identify sales opportunities during every client interaction and proactively engage.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to uncover unmet needs.
• Present solutions with confidence and follow through to close without handoffs.
• Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment balancing client needs with guidelines.
