Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in our Washington branch to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.

You will use banking solutions and technology to meet client needs, educate clients on Chase tools, and collaborate with experts for complex financial needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role requires sales experience in banking, strong communication skills, and availability on weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
