JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide attentive, hospitality-driven service in a local branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to tailor banking solutions and help clients achieve their goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in retail banking or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
