Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch setting, delivering hospitality and financial guidance. You will welcome clients, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions using Chase’s digital tools.

You’ll work with a team to ensure regulatory compliance and a high standard of service, including weekend and some evening hours, contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Communicate clearly to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and by phone.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
