JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in Greenwood Village, CO. You will welcome clients, provide friendly service, and apply financial knowledge to tailor solutions that meet needs.

You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help clients access banking technology and collaborate with the branch team to address complex financial needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.
• Adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• 1+ year sales experience in Retail/Financial Services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
