Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to build trust, tailor banking recommendations, and resolve client issues.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Knowledge of Chase digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet clients and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Ask questions, listen, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
