Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication, both in person and by phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Provide consultative product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology tools like mobile app and online banking.
