Job summary

TD Bank is hiring for a bank professional who delivers a relationship-driven experience to help clients achieve financial goals. You will acquire and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement, clear product explanations, and disciplined execution within TD’s risk framework.

In this role, you will guide clients through mortgage inquiries, refer them to suitable lending solutions, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding TD’s client-first standards in everyday banking.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship-building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration; notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and relationship growth by engaging with clients in-person and through outreach.
• Conduct meaningful, goals-based discovery to uncover client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Explain TD product options clearly, including benefits and risks, and connect clients to appropriate products and services.
• Build trust and ensure risk and regulatory compliance in all client interactions.
• Educate clients on TD digital capabilities to simplify banking and improve financial wellness.
