Qualifications

• 1-3 years bank platform sales and teller experience.
• Strong needs-based sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name and maintain professional demeanor, supporting branch team goals.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services in a consultative manner.
• Open accounts for deposit products and educate clients on offerings.
• Ensure activities comply with operational and security procedures.
• Handle customer service issues and follow up until resolution.
• Assist other branch team members with transactions and operations.
