Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and delivering solutions.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
