Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and using a tablet to manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions in collaboration with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
