Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and collaborate with teammates to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes high-quality hospitality, adherence to policies, and keen attention to detail in everyday branch operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions - partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
