Qualifications

Ability to learn new products, services, and procedures quickly.
High school diploma or GED equivalence.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
Perform branch operations in line with bank policies.
