Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver hospitality, build trusted client relationships, and promote banking solutions. You will greet clients, help with accounts, and guide them through Chase Mobile App and digital channels to meet their financial goals.

You will work with a team to provide seamless service, handle branch operations, and apply policies while helping customers achieve convenient everyday banking experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior client service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn about bank products and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Develop relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
