JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker in Los Angeles to deliver hospitality-driven service and trusted financial guidance. You will greet clients, open accounts, and assist with everyday banking using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build meaningful client relationships, understand products, and collaborate with branch colleagues to help clients reach their financial goals, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience delivering excellent client service and building trust with clients.
• Ability to learn banking products, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients; manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking needs using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build lasting client relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge; collaborate with the team.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
