Job summary

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, delivering high-touch client experiences while upholding risk and regulatory standards. Notary license is preferred for enhanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience okay).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; sound judgment in decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals.
• Deliver hospitality-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educate clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities with clients.
• Balance client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
