Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and help them achieve their financial goals in a branch setting. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and support daily banking activities using Chase mobile and online tools.

Able to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties per bank procedures.
