Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and build trusted relationships within our branch network. You will serve customers, open accounts, and guide them through everyday transactions using Chase digital tools.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a strong understanding of banking solutions to help clients meet their financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Manage branch operations and cash devices following bank policies.
