Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with clients in person or via volunteering/education/military is valued.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial setting is preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Notary license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions; refer to partners as needed.
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions within established limits.
• Manage client flow and ensure a high-touch client experience.
• Escalate non-standard issues and maintain compliance with policies.
