TD is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Newton Centre, MA. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients through everyday banking needs and referring to specialists when appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military may apply).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience, guiding clients with TD service standards.
• Educates clients on banking products and helps connect them to specialists as needed.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens client relationships.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliance.
